We’re excited to launch our new brand. It sets the vision for where we’re going as a university and captures the real ARU. Our new brand will let us stand out from the crowd whilst acknowledging our history. We’ve taken elements of our original crest, the heron and crown, and expressed them in a contemporary, distinctive manner. Why use the heron? They’re an icon of the Eastern region and represent self-actualisation, determination and focus. This expresses our ambition to support people to discover their strength, and help unlock their full potential. We hope you love our new brand as much as we do. #ARUHeron
