Earlier this week, ARU Midwifery students spent the day at Boydells Farm, Wethersfield, to see newborn lambs and learn about mammalian birth.🐑#ARUAnimals The 22 third year students were guided by farmer Kiley Threadgold and learned about life on a working farm. Dr Claire Hooks, Senior Lecturer in Midwifery at Anglia Ruskin University, said: “The trip allowed them time away from university life and work to get to know each other more and spend what was a glorious sunny day outdoors. The visit also allowed them to draw parallels with the birthing process in women." 🐑❤️
